- UKCC/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Aquatics
- ASA Level 1 in Teaching Swimming
- National Rescue Award (lifesaving qualification)
- Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy - Foundation course
- Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy - Advanced course
- Hydrotherapy foundation course
- In addition to her swimming and water based qualifications Sarah is also a qualified physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy
